Today was my first visit to The Hideout to see Haylee. I hadn’t had my hair cut for years and my very long curly hair desperately needed sorting out.
Haylee was lovely and after a good discussion about my hair she got started. My hair now looks and feels amazing, it’s even glossy! I’m so happy with the result and am definitely going to be returning.

I went to Hideout to get my little girl’s haircut (3&5) and Haylee was brilliant. She was lovely and made the girls feel at ease straight away. As well as giving me some tips to help keep their hair healthy and strong. I would definitely recommend.
Went to the hideout for the 1st time. Nice friendly salon and a good cut by Haylee, will definitely return.
I reviewed this salon as I did because I thought it first class. But i donot go there now as on one occasion I had to cancel, and I was asked to pay for the cancellation. I felt I had given sufficient notice and was surprised anyway as I have never come across this before. When I questioned this ( the day before by phone when cancelling) I was told " well we have bills to pay". What an attitude towards good customers.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thankyou for this review, however i am sorry that you felt that after previous cancellations and us using our discretion to remove the cancellation charge in which the 48 hour reminder text message states, you still feel this way. We hope you find a salon that can be more accommodating to your appointment rescheduling.
